What an admin panel actually controls
An admin panel is four screens you will open every day: the user tree, the deposit queue, the withdrawal queue and the audit log. Everything else is configuration you touch once.
The four screens that run the business
| Screen | What you do there | How often |
|---|---|---|
| User tree | Create masters/agents, set share %, freeze lines | Daily |
| Deposit queue | Approve or reject with a reason, check UTR | Many times a day |
| Withdrawal queue | Approve payouts, see pending age per panel | Daily |
| Audit log | Who changed what, when, from where | Weekly, or after any dispute |
Why the audit log is the most valuable screen
Disputes are never about the odds. They are about who approved a deposit, whether a UTR was used twice, and who changed a payout rate. A panel without an audit trail turns every argument into your word against an agent's.
Check that your build logs: login, approval, rejection, rate change, share change and deletion — with a timestamp and the account that did it.
What an admin panel should never do
It should not let an admin edit a settled amount silently. Corrections belong in a new adjustment row, not an edit — otherwise the books stop matching reality and nobody can prove anything later.
The daily ten minutes
Open the pending deposits, clear them oldest-first, then the withdrawal queue, then glance at the audit log for anything you did not do. Ten minutes a day is the difference between a business and a mess.
Roles you should create on day one
| Role | Can see | Can change |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything | Everything |
| Ops | Deposits, withdrawals, users | Approve/reject only |
| Support | User lookup, statements | Nothing |
| Auditor | Audit log, reports | Nothing |
What a good day looks like on the admin panel
Pending deposits cleared before 10am, the withdrawal queue at zero by noon, and one review of the audit log for anything you did not personally do. If the queue is a screen you avoid opening, the operation has already outgrown one person.
Questions people actually ask
Can more than one person use the admin panel?
Yes, with separate logins and roles. Shared logins destroy the audit trail.
Does it work on a phone?
The queue screens should be usable on a phone; heavy configuration is better on a desktop.
Can I see who logged in?
Only if the build logs sessions. Ask for it explicitly.
