Twenty questions, answered straight

These are the questions we actually get asked on WhatsApp, answered the way we answer them there — short, specific, and without pretending a panel is a licence to print money.

Buying

How long does a build take?

Seven days including branding and handover, with a staging link on day three.

What do I get for the money?

The panel, admin/master/agent tiers, UPI deposits with UTR checks, a withdrawal queue, your domain and the source code.

Can I see a live build first?

Yes. Ask for a staging link — anyone who refuses is showing you a template.

Do I own the code?

You should, in writing. If not, you are renting.

What if I need changes later?

Small changes are quick; a retainer covers them. Anything touching payments gets tested before it goes live.

Running it

How do I stop duplicate UTRs?

The panel should block a reference already used by a different phone number, and warn the admin when one repeats.

How often should I settle?

Pick a fixed day and publish it. Weekly is standard; the discipline matters more than the interval.

What happens if an agent disappears?

A proper build lets you freeze the line and reassign its users without losing history.

Do I need multiple admins?

Only with separate logins. Shared logins destroy the audit trail you will need in a dispute.

Can I run it from a phone?

The queues yes; configuration is better on a desktop.

Money

What does a panel cost?

₹1.5–3.5 lakh depending on tiers, apps and languages. Hosting and domain are under ₹5,000 a year.

How do points work?

Points are the unit; your cost is points × the operator share. At 75/25, 1,00,000 points costs ₹75,000.

Is a monthly fee normal?

For support, yes — ₹15,000–25,000/month. For the build itself, no.

Can I start smaller?

Yes — an MDL build is the smallest sensible entry. Renting an ID is cheaper still but you own nothing.

What is the biggest hidden cost?

Float. You need cash to settle winning weeks before the book stabilises.

Risk and rules

Is this legal where I am?

That is a jurisdiction question and it is yours to answer before you take a deposit. We build software; we do not provide a licence.

What if my provider disappears?

You keep the code, the domain and a backup — that is the whole reason to insist on ownership at handover.

Can I move hosts later?

If you own the code and the database, yes. Test the backup restore before you need it.

How do I handle a dispute?

With the audit log: who approved what, when. No log, no argument.

What is the most common failure?

Settling late once. Everything else is recoverable.

Operations, in more detail

Who should hold the domain?

You. Always. A provider holding your domain is a hostage situation waiting for a bad month.

How many admins is too many?

More than three without separate logins. After that nobody can explain a change.

What is the right withdrawal limit?

Whatever you can settle in one cycle without touching working capital. Set it before you need it.

Should I publish my rates?

To agents, yes — in writing. Publicly, no. Rates are negotiated, terms are not.

How do I stop a chargeback dispute?

Duplicate-UTR blocking, a timestamped approval, and a screenshot of the receipt. Three things, all in the panel.

Next step: send your tier and the number of agents on WhatsApp — you get a written rate card and a staging date the same day. Message us →
